Delete your Norio account

Delete your Account in the Norio app: open Settings, choose Delete Account, enter a new Account access code, and confirm. Account access stops immediately; permanent cloud deletion follows after seven days.

What we delete

A verified Account deletion permanently removes the live cloud copy and signs out every device. This action cannot be undone.

Your data on devices

Account deletion does not delete data stored on your devices. Erase a device separately in the Norio app if you also want to remove its local data.

Backups

Account access and Sync stop immediately. Live cloud data is permanently removed after seven days, then routine backups expire within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent. It removes the live cloud copy and cannot be undone.
